INTRODUCTION

Hello, my name is Lauren Goff. I am now a senior at the University of Central Arkansas, and I am studying Creative Writing with Linguistics as a minor. This summer, I am the Blog Manager for the Camp Mitchell Agricultural Project (CMAP), the branch of Camp Mitchell that serves to teach campers and other visitors about the value of growing food sustainably. I make weekly status updates on the farm's blog in order to connect CMAP to its fans and customers.

On this blog, however, I will write about what I have learned about farming in my time working for CMAP, and sometimes how I connect it to Christian spirituality. This is because I have little to no knowledge about horticulture, and I'm excited to learn about how that really works and the science behind it! Hopefully you will too, dear reader.
